- What counts as a tracked prompt?
- One buyer question we ask on your behalf: “best CRM for small agencies”, say. We ask each one on every engine in your plan, once a day. Prompts are the thing that drives cost, which is why they are the main limit.
- How do you measure each engine?
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity are queried through the providers’ APIs with web search enabled, so answers are grounded in live results and carry citations. Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are read from rendered Google result pages, as a logged-out searcher in your market sees them. We say which is which rather than implying everything is one or the other.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 7 days, 3 prompts on 3 engines, no card required. Scans run daily during the trial so you see a trend rather than a single snapshot.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, at any time, from your billing settings. An upgrade applies immediately and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is billed without you asking. We tell you in the dashboard and you choose whether to turn a prompt off or move up a plan.
- Do you offer refunds?
